WordPress that you can actually run.

We build WordPress websites that are fast, secure, and genuinely easy for you to manage — without calling a developer every time you need to change a word.

Website Structure

WHY WORDPRESS

The CMS that powers
43% of the web — for good reason.

WordPress is not the right tool for every job — but for most small and medium businesses, it is the most practical choice available. It is open source, battle-tested, endlessly flexible, and you can manage your own content without paying a developer every time.

We build with WordPress using Kadence theme and either Elementor (free version) or Divi, depending on what suits your project. Both give you a visually flexible site you can manage yourself. Kadence + Elementor keeps costs low with no licence fee. Divi brings a powerful built-in builder with its own ecosystem — useful when a project specifically calls for it or a client is already working in it.

That said, we will always tell you if WordPress is the wrong fit for your project. Some sites are better served by a static site builder or a purpose-built SaaS platform. We will recommend the right tool, not just the one we build in.

You own everything

Your site, your content, your database, your code. No platform can delete your account or hold your data hostage.

Edit without a developer

With Elementor or Divi, updating text, images, and pages is as straightforward as editing a document — no code needed.

Grows with your business

Add e-commerce, bookings, memberships, or a job board when you need it — WordPress can handle it without a rebuild.

No monthly platform fee

You pay for hosting and your domain. The software is free. No $50/month SaaS bill just to keep your site online.

43%

of all websites on the internet run on WordPress.

Including BBC America, Sony Music, TechCrunch, and thousands of small businesses.

$0

Monthly platform licence. WordPress is free, forever.

You pay for hosting (typically $3-7/month) and a domain ($9-11/year). That is it.

CMS your whole team can learn in an afternoon.

We include a handover walkthrough. Most clients are managing their own content within the first week.

WHAT WE BUILD

One platform,
many kinds of sites.

Every site below is built on the same WordPress foundation — the difference is how it is configured, what plugins are used, and how the content is structured.

Blog & content
architecture

WordPress started as a blogging platform and it is still excellent at it. We set up the category structure, post templates, author pages, and reading experience so your content is easy to find, easy to read, and properly structured for search engines.

We will also advise on a practical content structure that supports your SEO goals — pillar pages, topic clusters, and internal linking patterns. We do not write the content, but we build the architecture that makes it work.

What is typically included

  • Custom post template with clean typography and reading layout
  • Category and tag archive pages
  • Author page setup
  • Related posts and internal link structure
  • Schema markup for articles (helps with Google rich results)
  • RSS feed, social sharing, and newsletter sign-up integration

Honest note: SEO results from blogging take time — typically 3–6 months before you see meaningful organic traffic. We build the foundation; consistent content is what drives the results.

WooCommerce
Online Store

We build WooCommerce stores for businesses selling physical products, digital downloads, or services. WooCommerce is powerful but can become slow and complex if not set up correctly — we keep the build lean and the checkout fast.

We will be straightforward with you: WooCommerce is not the best tool for high-volume product catalogues (thousands of SKUs) or complex B2B pricing. For those cases, we will say so and recommend alternatives.

What is typically included

  • WooCommerce setup with product and category pages
  • Cart, checkout, and order management
  • Payment gateway integration (Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, or COD)
  • Shipping configuration and tax setup
  • Mobile-optimised product browsing and checkout
  • Basic product SEO — titles, meta, schema
  • Training on managing products, stock, and orders

Honest note: You will need to add your own product content and images. We set up the structure — stocking the shelves is up to you.

WordPress
Landing Pages

Single-purpose pages built inside WordPress — for ad campaigns, product launches, event registrations, or lead generation. Built fast, optimised for conversion, and easy to duplicate for A/B testing or future campaigns.

Because they live inside your existing WordPress install, they share your domain authority, inherit your caching setup, and you can manage them yourself without touching code.

What is typically included

  • Single-page design built in Elementor or Divi — whichever your site already uses
  • Conversion-focused layout — hero, benefits, social proof, CTA
  • Lead capture form connected to your email platform
  • Thank-you / confirmation page
  • Pixel / tracking code integration (Meta, Google)
  • Turnaround typically 3–7 days

Good for: Google Ads, Meta Ads, email campaigns, or any traffic source where you want a focused, distraction-free destination page.

Site redesign
& migration

We take on existing WordPress sites that need a redesign, sites migrating from Wix, Squarespace, or another platform to WordPress, and WordPress sites that have become slow, bloated, or hard to manage over time.

We audit your existing site first — what is working, what is not, and what the new build should prioritise. This takes an hour and it is free. You get a written summary regardless of whether you hire us.

What is typically included

  • Site audit — speed, SEO, structure, design issues
  • Content migration — pages, posts, images, and SEO data
  • URL redirect mapping so existing rankings are preserved
  • Plugin audit — removing bloat and replacing with leaner alternatives
  • Fresh design applied to Kadence + Elementor or Divi — agreed at scoping
  • Zero downtime migration — old site stays live until new one is ready

Note on existing rankings: We take care to preserve SEO signals during migration, but we cannot guarantee search rankings will be unaffected. We follow Google’s migration best practices and monitor closely after launch.

OUR STACK

What we build with
and why.

We use the same core stack on every project because it is reliable, well-supported, and genuinely manageable for non-technical clients.

🏗️

WordPress Core

Always the latest stable release. We enable auto-updates for minor security patches and handle major version updates manually.

Foundation

🎨

Kadence Theme

Lightweight, fast-loading theme with a genuinely useful free tier. We always use a child theme so your customisations survive updates.

Theme

⚡

Elementor (Free)

Visual drag-and-drop builder with a strong free tier. No licence fee required for most builds. Works seamlessly with Kadence.

Page Builder

🟣

Divi Builder

All-in-one builder and theme. A paid licence covers unlimited sites, worth it when clients use Divi or need its specific modules.

Page Builder

🔍

Yoast SEO

Sets up XML sitemaps, meta tags, and Open Graph data. We configure it properly at build time rather than leaving defaults in place.

SEO

🛒

WooCommerce

Industry standard for WordPress e-commerce. Added only when you need a store, not installed by default on non-commerce sites.

Ecommerce

📬

WPForms Lite / Fluent Forms

For contact forms, lead capture, and enquiry routing. Both have reliable free tiers that handle most small-business form needs.

Forms

🔒

Wordfence / iThemes Security

Basic security hardening — login protection, file change monitoring, and firewall rules. Security is layered: plugin plus hosting plus good habits.

Security

🚀

WP Rocket / LiteSpeed Cache

Page caching, CSS/JS minification, and lazy loading. Which we use depends on your hosting environment.

Performance

Our plugin philosophy: Every plugin on your site is a potential security vulnerability and a performance cost. We install the minimum needed to achieve the result, and we choose plugins with strong track records and active maintenance. We do not install plugins "just in case" — every one has a specific job.

What to Expect

What we hand over
— and what we do not.

We want you to leave with a site you understand and can manage. That means a proper handover, not just a login link sent in an email.

We also want to be clear about what is in scope and what is not — so there are no surprises after launch.

What does the handover include?

A short screen-recorded walkthrough of your WordPress dashboard covering: how to edit pages in Elementor or Divi (whichever your site uses), how to add a blog post, how to change images, and where to find the settings that matter. Sent as an unlisted YouTube or Loom link you can rewatch anytime. Plus all logins, DNS records, and any API keys in a secure shared doc.

OUR COMMITMENT

Everything. No strings, no lock-in.

  • Full WordPress admin access
  • Hosting account access (your name, your card)
  • Domain registrar login
  • All theme files and child theme
  • All images, content, and media
  • Google Analytics & Search Console access

What we do not retain or control

  • Your content or data — ever
  • Any proprietary code that locks you in
  • Your domain or hosting accounts
  • Ongoing access without your permission

Keeping your site
healthy over time.

WordPress requires occasional attention to stay secure and fast. Here is what that looks like in practice — and what we offer if you would rather not deal with it yourself.

🔄

Core & Plugin Updates

WordPress and plugins release updates regularly. Minor security updates can be automated; major version updates should be tested on a staging copy first. Skipping updates is the most common cause of hacked WordPress sites.

Straight answers to common questions.

Do I need WordPress Pro or any paid plugins?

For most sites, no. Our standard build uses WordPress Core (free), Kadence theme (free), Elementor free version, Yoast free, and WPForms Lite or Fluent Forms free. The exception is Divi — it requires a paid Elegant Themes licence (currently around $89/year or a one-time $249 lifetime licence). If your project calls for Divi, we will tell you this upfront and factor it into the proposal. We avoid all other paid plugins unless a specific feature genuinely requires one.

How is this different from using Wix or Squarespace?

Wix and Squarespace are hosted platforms — they own the infrastructure and the software. If they change pricing, discontinue a plan, or shut down a feature, you have limited options. WordPress is self-hosted: you own the code, the database, and the content. You can move hosts, switch developers, or export everything whenever you want. The trade-off is that you are responsible for your own hosting and updates — but we set that up for you.

Will my WordPress site be slow?

Not if it is built correctly. WordPress gets a bad reputation for speed because many sites are built with bloated themes and dozens of unnecessary plugins. Our sites use a lightweight theme (Kadence), minimal plugins, compressed images, and a caching layer. A well-built WordPress site regularly scores 90+ on Google PageSpeed Insights.

What if I already have a WordPress site that is broken or slow?

We can audit it and tell you what is causing the problem — that audit is free and takes about an hour. Depending on the issue, the solution might be a targeted fix (removing a problematic plugin, switching to a better caching setup) or a full rebuild. We will give you both options and let you decide.

Can you work on a WordPress site another developer built?

Yes, with conditions. We will do an audit first. If the existing site is on a stack we know well — Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg, or a standard theme — we can usually work with it directly. If it was built on a heavily customised proprietary theme with no child theme, or has accumulated years of conflicting plugins and security issues, we will be honest about whether a targeted fix or a clean rebuild is the more practical path.

How long does a WordPress project take?

A simple 4–5 page site typically takes 2–3 weeks. A WooCommerce store is 4–8 weeks depending on the number of products and integrations needed. A full redesign / migration is 3–6 weeks depending on the complexity of the existing site and how much content needs migrating. We give you a specific timeline in the proposal, not a rough estimate.
