Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes — we build on WordPress with Elementor so you can edit text, images, and pages without touching code. We include a walkthrough video and documentation as part of the handover. If you would prefer us to handle updates, we have monthly maintenance plans for that too.
Do I need to provide the content and images?
Ideally yes — you know your business best. But if you need help, we can write copy and source licensed photography as an add-on. We will let you know during scoping what we need from you and by when, so nothing blocks the build.
Do you redesign existing websites, or only build new ones?
Both. We do a lot of redesign work — sometimes rebuilding on a better platform, sometimes refreshing an existing site. We will audit what you have first and recommend the most efficient path to a better outcome.
What if I need changes after the site launches?
Minor fixes are covered in your 30–90 day post-launch window. Beyond that, we offer monthly support retainers or ad-hoc hourly work — whichever suits you. We never disappear after launch.
